4/24/11 Stripers & Striped Bass Pt. Pleasant Beach New Jersey Charter

Half of  our  crew bailed....  left me and a couple friends and my pops  steamed to the north  nice following sea 26-27 knots the whole  way up  with a lack of bait or fish to  jig on the screen ... we decided to break  out  MR MaJA .... had dirty water   so we grabbed our  # 4 Chartreuse  Tony Maja Bunker Spoons ..   Trolling Between 2 & 3 1/2 knots we had a steady pick of bass  and some  passes we had double headers we went through about  20 or so keepers and a couple shorts .......    We had to hurry back for Easter dinner so we kept four for the dinner table ..  32-40" fish ...
